Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?
No. You are sending a visit request and your preferences. Our team will contact you to agree on a date and confirm the appointment.
Is the measurement visit paid?
A deposit of 15% of your project total is requested for the visit, and it is fully credited on your invoice when you buy your flooring.
Do I need to have chosen my flooring?
Tell us which materials you are considering and which rooms you plan to renovate. If you already have a product in mind, include its name in your message.
I would also like my flooring installed.
Choose “Measurement and installation” and describe your project. A measurement visit is always planned when installation is chosen. Installation is a separate service.
