Is there an extra delivery charge?
No. Delivery and handling are included in the price of your flooring within our service area.
How long does delivery take?
An order placed today is delivered two days later. You can also pick it up at 3400 Matte Boulevard in Brossard, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Will the boxes be carried into my home?
Yes. Handling includes carrying the flooring into your home rather than leaving it outside your door. Let us know about any special access requirements when arranging delivery.
Do you deliver outside the service area?
No. Delivery outside our service area is not available, even for an additional fee.
Is installation included?
Delivery and handling are included. Installation is a separate service. A measurement visit is always scheduled when you choose installation.
