Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Plancher d’ici collects and how it is used.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
Claude Coulombe, co-owner, 8255 rue de Londres, Brossard, Quebec. Phone: 438 524-0484. Requests can also be sent through the contact form.
Information collected
We collect information that you submit through a form, appointment request or order, including your name, contact details, project information and information required for payment.
Room photos
A photo uploaded to the visualizer is used to produce the requested rendering. It is sent to our AI rendering provider, Muapi, only when you start the generation, and is used solely to produce that rendering.
Use
Information is used to answer requests, prepare appointments, process orders, deliver products, provide selected services and improve the website.
Service providers
Some information is processed by services required to operate the website: Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps photos in private storage; Supabase, which processes data in the United States (Northern Virginia), for secure team access, website content and submitted form requests; Shopify, for the cart, order and payment; Resend, which delivers form emails; Muapi, for visualizer renderings; OpenFreeMap, which provides the delivery map background and, like any server, receives the IP address of the browser displaying it; and JNT Productions, which builds the site and measures its audience. Only necessary information is shared. If you use “Use my location” on the map, your location is compared with the cities we serve in your browser; the site neither sends nor stores it. As with any map, OpenFreeMap does receive the request for the tiles of the area displayed.
Audience measurement and cookies
Only with your consent, the site counts visits using JNT Productions audience measurement (jntproductions.com): pages viewed, referring page and device type. It sets no advertising cookie and is not used to follow you on other websites. Your choice (accept or decline) is kept in your browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of each page; declining does not disable any feature of the site.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for the period needed for the stated uses and applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards protect it against unauthorized access.
Your rights
You can request access to or correction of your information, or withdraw consent where permitted by law, through the contact form.
